Review and Swatches: Catrice Feathered Fall LE

It's been a while since I last bought something from Catrice limited edition collection. I mean, it's not like they're not interesting, but most of the time I have a feeling that they don't offer me anything special or new, because most of the products are similar to those I already have. But when I saw Catrice FeatheredFall collection in person I was amazed, colors are really interesting and in the end I decided to purchase 3 products I'm going to review today.

Catrice Feathered Fall Peacocktail eyeliner
This is a duochrome metallic eyeliner and I'm so sad I couldn't catch its true gorgeousness on photos. It's a bit more sheer, so I need to apply it in at least two coats on eyes, but it looks amazing. Ok, on photos it looks like there's only one color, but it actually goes from purple to green and the effect is very noticeable in person. I really love how it looks on me, I specially like to wear it with more neutral eye looks. The brush of the eyeliner is thin so the application is a dream. I can do a thin line very easily with this brush even if I didn't wear eyeliner for some time (I don't wear eyeliner on a daily basis and in my busier times I don't wear makeup for two weeks and longer, which means I'm often clumsy at the beginning and I don't do a nice line). It lasts all days on my eyes without smudging or fading away. This is a big love of mine and I think Catrice should bring it in permanent assortment. It contains 3 g and it costs 4,29 € (Müller).

Catrice Feathered Fall Peacocktail eyeshadow
This eyeshadow is another amazing product although it didn't impress me as much as eyeliner. It's a metallic teal duochrome shade that reflects purple and that looks way to grey on my photos, but my camera just didn't want to catch the green, I guess. Peacocktail has amazing pigmentation, but as all metallic shades it falls out while applying it on eyes. It lasted on my lids a whole day without fading away, but it did creased a bit. It blends nicely and it could be used in crease or in outer V as well, but I decided to use it over a whole lid to do a dark look which I adore. Its definitely not everyone's cup of tee, but I adore it. It contains 2 g and it costs 3,79 € (Müller).

Catrice Feathered Plum Golden Plum-e nail polish
The last product I got from this collection is nail polish and this one is my favourite. I mean, just look at this gorgeous color. It's a plummy shade with golden shimmer that makes a nail polish look more golden under certain angles. It has a bit thicker formula, which can be a bit more tricky to apply, but nothing to complicated. It's opaque in two coats. Brush can leave visible strokes, but they are not visible anymore after I apply a top coat. What actually surprised me the most is that this polish lasted on my nails for three days (I used Essence fast drying TC over it) with minimal tip wear and no chipping and I did major cleaning meanwhile and washed dishes few times. The price is 3,79 € (Müller) for 11 ml.

I know I'm a bit late with this review, but if you can find this collection anywhere I'd recommend you to check it, because products are quite amazing. I'd specially recommend nail polish Golden Plum-e.

Did you get anything from this collection? What do you think about it? Thank you for reading!
